After starting his career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and Wall Street, Chris quickly realized that the fast-paced environment of trading stocks had prepared him for the equally hectic, non-stop world of event marketing and management.
In 2006, Chris started his new career and hit the ground running by immersing himself into all areas of EW. Since joining the company, Chris has emerged from managing a couple of events to managing all of EW’s operations and staff. In addition, he has taken the lead for many of EW’s client projects and events.
Chris’ strong attention to detail and a “client first” attitude has enabled him to “make it happen” and deliver professional, seamless results. As EW’s Chief Operating Officer, Chris serves as the primary liaison for many clients and manages the staff on a day to day basis. He has directed numerous large-scale events including the 150-mile Cape Cod Getaway Bike Tour, the 60-mile Need For Speed Relay, the 15,000-person NYU Grad Alley Festival, more than 60 walkathons, which have raised more than $25 million with 100,000+ participants and numerous conferences and golf outings. Whether the event is a small social gathering or an outdoor gathering of tens of thousands of people, Chris is “ready and able” to take command of any situation or event.
Chris is a graduate of Providence College, earning a B.A. in Marketing. He lives in New Rochelle, NY with his wife Maura and their two girls, Alexa and Taryn and their son CJ.
